Due to the impacts of Covid-19, our current processing time is 5-7 business days; however, we are working to turn orders around faster for Mother’s Day. Please note that our primary carrier, USPS is experiencing some delays of between two to three days longer than normal.

We inspect every candle thoroughly before it is approved for delivery to ensure that you receive the best product possible. This is particularly important to us because every candle is an opportunity to practice attention to detail and taking pride in our work. Please review your candles carefully upon receipt of your order. In the event of damage during shipping or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your candles, please contact us through our Contact page within 10 business days and we will work to resolve the issue via exchange or refund.
