Shipping Information

Last day for shipping with orders outside of Illinois to receive by the 25th is 12/17. Last day for shipping with orders going to Illinois is 12/18. 

Our typical processing time is 5-7 business days. If you have any special requests, please email us at sales@brightendeavors.org.

Exceptions to this are large quantity orders and you will be notified of any longer ship times. You will receive a shipping confirmation once we transfer your order to the carrier. If you have any questions, please contact us at sales@brightendeavors.org or (773) 388-2811.

Returns

We inspect every candle thoroughly before it is approved for delivery to ensure that you receive the best product possible. This is particularly important to us because every candle is an opportunity to practice attention to detail and taking pride in our work.  Please review your candles carefully upon receipt of your order. In the event of damage during shipping or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your candles, please contact us through our Contact page within 10 business days and we will work to resolve the issue via exchange or refund.
