We accept returns within 10 days of delivery if your order was damaged during shipping or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your candles.

Return Shipping

Returns due to damage or quality issues are free — we cover return shipping costs.

Returns for any other reason require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within five business days.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items.
